Brunswick-Glynn County Library Meeting Rooms
The Brunswick-Glynn County Library has meeting spaces available to accommodate a variety of groups and functions. A large conference room that can be divided into three separate spaces and two smaller meeting rooms are available for rent.
Conference Rooms have ceiling mounted projectors, retractable screens, an integrated sound system, and microphones available. Meeting rooms have wall-mounted digital displays and ClickShare units to wirelessly connect laptops or tablets.
The library has standard 6 foot rectangular tables, 6 foot round tables, and stacking chairs available for use by renters in the conference rooms. A portable podium is also available. Task chairs and 5 foot rectangular tables are available in the smaller meeting rooms.
Rooms may be rented for a half day (up to four hours total) or a full day. A 15% discount on rental fees is available to non-profits that can prove their 501(c)3 status.
St. Simons Island Public Library
The St. Simons Island Public Library does not have meeting space available. The Glynn County Recreation and Parks Department coordinates the meeting space in the Historic Casino building where the Library is located.
