Students from the art program at the College of Coastal Georgia will display their artwork at the Brunswick-Glynn County Library during the month of May. The public is welcome to view the show.
Do you need a cure for the workday blues or just feel the need to stretch and take a deep breath? If so the library might have the cure for you. “Lunchtime Yoga” is perfect for the beginner or for those who are on their lunch hour (no sweating required).

If you or someone you know is affected by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia and feeling overwhelmed you are not alone. Join this monthly support group that meets on the first Wednesday of each month at the Brunswick-Glynn County Library.
MEETING LOCATIONS ALTERNATE BETWEEN BRUNSWICK AND ST. SIMONS – Many adults find coloring to be a stress relieving activity. The MOGL libraries offer a time and place for adults to gather and enjoy this relaxing pastime. Supplies will be made available to participants on the first and third Wednesday of the month at our SSI location and on the second and fourth Thursday of the month at our downtown Brunswick library. The time is the same at both locations, 12:30pm until 2pm. Come and join the fun.

Show off your word skills! Join us on Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m. to enjoy some Scrabble fun. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Join the fun as we celebrated Cinco de Mayo! We will have craft tables set up, puzzle pages to work and at 6:15pm we will celebrate with a piñata for children. The art students of College of Coastal Georgia will be on hand for a meet and greet; their work will be on display throughout the month of May.
This safe drivers’ program, approved by the Georgia Department of Transportation, is designed for experienced drivers and may lower your car insurance cost. The program is free but the money-saving certificate costs $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members. Participants are asked to bring a sack lunch.
